May is Allergy Month at Embrace Pet Insurance

Skin allergy symptoms include:
- otitis externa (ear infection)
- pyoderma (a bacterial infection of the skin)
- dermatitis (inflammation of the skin)
- chewing on itchy paws
- constant licking of skin
- allergic reactions to external causes such as fleasor bee stings
A full 11% of the Embrace pet insurance claims submitted today were from one of these symptoms. Its that common.
Well explore the topic of allergies further this month.
