Abram Interstate Offers HO-3 Program for Northern & Central California
Abram Interstate Insurance Services Inc. in Rocklin, Calif., is offering a market for difficult to place property risks with competitive pricing and flexibility. They will write: older homes with no age limit, seasonal/ vacation rentals, vacant, woodstoves, wood and flat roofs, log homes, post and pier, protection class 1 - 10, high profile individuals, homes with multiple losses, and mobile homes.
Abram Interstate will write coverages from 50,000 to 50 million. Coverages offered for HO-3/ HO-8: extended replacement cost dwelling, replacement cost personal property, ordinance in law, and scheduled property. Coverages offered for DP-3/ DP-1: personal property, vandalism, and malicious mischief. They are paying 12 percent commission. The coverage is being provided by a Non-Admitted Carrier, rated ‘A,’ XV.
